From 1st January to 28th March 2013 and from 7th Octobre to 30th Novembre 2013:

open from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00
open on Saturday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 open alternatively:

- even weeks in Ribeauvillé,
- odd weeks in Riquewihr.

closed on Sundays and public holidays.

From 29th March to 06th October 2013 and from 1st to 31th December 2013:

open from Monday to Saturday from 9.30 (Tuesday 10.00) to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00
open on Sundays and public holidays* from 10.00 to 13.00:

* on December, during christmas market time, our offices are open:
- in Ribeauvillé: on Sundays 8th and 15th December 2013,
- in Riquewihr: on Sundays 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December 2013
- closed on public holidays.
